This policy explains how project and contact information is handled when you engage with perivaro.
1. Controller
perivaro is operated by Luuk Edwin Specht, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK 88215806), Kapelstraat 2 U, 4871 EC Etten-Leur, the Netherlands. For privacy enquiries, use our contact page.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us or submit a project enquiry through an enabled submission channel, we process the information you provide, such as your name, business contact details, company, project description, estimated budget and preferred timeline. Please do not submit passwords, special-category personal data or confidential datasets through an initial enquiry.
3. Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, clarify requirements, assess the relevant type of expertise and, where appropriate, arrange an introduction to a specialist. We may also retain records needed to administer our business and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Processing an enquiry may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We may rely on legitimate interests to handle business correspondence and protect the service, and on legal obligations for required business records. Non-essential tracking, where used, requires the applicable consent.
5. Sharing with independent specialists
We do not publish project descriptions in a public directory. We may discuss a project in general terms to assess specialist suitability. We will request your approval before sharing identifying contact information with an independent specialist for a direct introduction. After an introduction, the specialist may act as a separate controller under its own privacy notice.
6. Providers and transfers
Website hosting and any configured email, form, analytics or customer-management providers may process information on our behalf. The specific providers and transfer arrangements depend on the systems enabled on the live website. We do not claim that optional advertising or analytics systems are active unless configured.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal obligations. Requests for deletion are assessed against those obligations. Specific retention periods should be confirmed against the live operational systems.
8. Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect the information handled through the service. We may update this policy when our processing activities change.
