These terms explain how the perivaro website and introduction service work.
1. Platform and operator
perivaro is a business-to-business service discovery and introduction platform operated by Luuk Edwin Specht (KvK 88215806), the Netherlands.
2. What perivaro does
The platform helps business users describe potential AI projects, understand service categories and request introductions to suitable independent specialists. perivaro does not guarantee that a specialist will be available, that a project will be accepted or that a particular result will be achieved.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for implementation. Project scope, pricing, delivery dates, support, intellectual property and liability are agreed separately in writing with the party delivering the work.
4. Independent specialists
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, independent specialists are not employees or agents of perivaro. perivaro may facilitate an introduction but is not automatically a party to the implementation contract.
5. Information and estimates
Service descriptions and indicative price ranges explain possible project scopes. They are not binding offers or guarantees of performance. Each project requires an individual feasibility and commercial assessment.
6. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate business contact information and must not submit unlawful content, credentials, malicious code or personal information that is unnecessary to describe the project.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, design and brand elements remain with their respective rights holders. You may use the website for ordinary business evaluation but may not republish substantial portions without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable liability limits for paid services must be agreed in the relevant contract and assessed under applicable law.
9. Governing law and contact
